Frequently Asked Questions

  • You are welcome to bring in your clothing any time we are open! No appointments are necessary but we ask that you check out our About page prior to bringing in clothing for more information.

  • Due to our high volume of inventory and consignors we cannot alert each individual of sold items. In season clothing is typically on the floor for sale within ~ 1 week upon drop off. Items will be on the floor for 60 days so we can always have new items for you ready to shop.

    We recommend setting a reminder in your phone for 60 days from drop off and you can call to ask what has sold and what may be remaining.

  • You can call the store at 413-585-8729 and can ask one of our employees to check the balance on your account or you can just stop in and ask!

  • You can take out your store credit in cash (<$100), check (>$100), or can use it towards your purchase in store anytime. There is a $1.99 fee for mailed checks.

    Please note if store credit is not utilized or cashed out within 365 days of accrual, store credit will be forfeited to the store per our consignment contract.

  • We price items based on quality, original retail pricing, and current trends. If you have questions about what one of your items has been priced at please contact our store.

  • If you would like to get your clothing items back if they do not sell, set a reminder in your phone for 60 days after consigning. Please contact the store and ask to “pull items” that have not sold. Please allow us 1 week to complete the pull. You must pick up the pulled items within 30 days.

    If you do not want your items back after the consignment period we will happily donate them to a group in need.

  • Yes, we do accept off season items. Seasonal items may be placed in storage until an appropriate date to increase chances of sale.

    For example if you bring in a wool winter coat in June, we may hold it in storage and place on the floor October 1st. If you do NOT want us to hold your off season items please wait to bring them in until the appropriate season. Once and item has been added to storage we CANNOT retrieve it for you- you must wait for it to be put on the floor and to go through it’s consignment period.

  • We do not accept returns at this time. While we do a thorough check of every item that enters the store, we can occasionally miss minor flaws. Please double check your items prior to purchase as all items are final sale.
