Urban Exchange is a brand name & designer consignment shop ​providing a unique service for new & used ​quality clothing and accessories.

We are composed of a vibrant team of individuals who have a love for fashion & customer service. We strive to provide each person with an exclusive and distinguished shopping and consigning experience. Our stores consist of women's clothing sizes extra small through extra large, shoes, jewelry, handbags, and other accessories. We seek to provide our customers with a quality selection that meets a wide array of styles and preferences. 

Our Focus

Our focus is on sustainable fashion. We focus on items made from high-quality, natural fibers (linen, cashmere, silk, cotton, and wool), that are built to last. Consigning helps provide both new exciting pieces and staples to your wardrobe while cutting back on waste from the growing fast fashion industry.

We typically accept brand name and designer clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories from the past few years in excellent condition (used without noticeable wear or new with tags or new without tags).

We occasionally take vintage pieces that reflect current trends.

​Please note that our customers are extremely choosy, so we have to be too! ​Some styles, brands, and sizes just don't sell as well for us as others. Supply and demand is always changing, so please do not take it personally if we do not take any/all of your items- if you have questions please ask!

We accept women's clothing sizes 00-14 and shoes 6.5-10.5. We also accept various accessories such as handbags, sunglasses and quality jewelry.

We do not accept "fast fashion" brands such as Forever 21, H&M, Target, and Old Navy. We also do not accept Men’s Clothing, Children's clothing, Gowns/special occasion wear, Swim, Lingerie/loungewear, and Snow/ Sports gear.

Consigning 101

​We accept consignment daily with no appointment necessary!

We will review your items while you are in the store and make our selections on what we think will sell best.

  • Please bring no more than 35 items for us to consider at a time.

  • All clothing should be freshly clean and neatly folded in bags- no garment bags, hangers, bins.

  • Please make sure to check your items for any damage before bringing them in.

We happily accept off-season items year round and will put them in storage until the appropriate season.

​​​All items are on consignment for 60 days. Once an item sells, the consignor receives 40% of the sale price. Money can be picked up in cash, check, or used as store credit anytime after the sale. After the 60 days, items can be returned to the consigner if the consignor chooses or can be donated to one of the charities we work with. Please ask a store associate for a copy of our contract if interested.
